All purchases of reports and services are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@safestepvoyage.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Subscription services (if applicable) may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
